Where would PC gaming be without independent developers? Certainly, indies created the PC gaming industry and as the future rolls across us with all the familiar inevitability of a tsunami, it looks like indies will keep PC gaming alive.
This is a particular segment of our hobby where the old expression has never been truer: expect the unexpected. Play an indie game, and you'll have almost no idea what you'll be getting yourself into.
Here then are six videos showcasing what we think is indie development at its very best. The unexpected juxtapositions of things that create a hybrid of pure awesome. Refreshing moments, both retro and avante garde at the same time.
