I sense a disturbance in the ...oh forget it.

LucasArts had to fight to get out, but they made it in the end.
Prominent publisher LucasArts have announced that they will not be renewing their membership with gaming body the Entertainment Software Association.

They have, however, stated that they will be attending this year's E3.

"We can confirm that LucasArts is no longer a member of the ESA," the company said in a statement provided to the media.

"As a company we are still committed to bringing consumers the best interactive experience possible and support the ESA's mission in the industry."

The Electronic Entertainment Expo, the most well known industry showcase of upcoming game titles, underwent a downsizing in 2006.
