Parachuting onto your PC this August

"Um, what exactly are you shooting at?"
Gamespot has shed a little light on Medal of Honor: Airborne. The anticipated next chapter of the Medal of Honor saga has been the victim of revolving door release dates, but the game's hot new trailer shows that EA is gearing up to launch this WWII beast on August 28.

Airborne will let players step into the combat boots of Boyd Travers, a Private in the 82nd Airbone as he experiences the horrors of parachuting into many of the pivotal campaigns of the war. One mission will see players take part in Operation Varsity, which saw 30,000 soldiers parachuting into Germany in the single largest military airdrop in history.
