Eidos has released two new historical battle maps and brand new vehicles for Battlestations: Midway. The new maps re-enact two of the most epic battles from the infamous Pacific war: The Battle of Sibuyan Sea and The Raid on Truk. The new battles also feature a new and unique set of air, sea and underwater vehicles that challenge the player's skills and naval strategy.
The new Iowa Mission Pack includes: • The Battle of Sibuyan Sea, a new multiplayer battle • The Raid on Truk, a new single-player battle • New ships and planes • P-38 Lightning (Fighter Plane) • Nakijima J1N1 Gekko (Fighter Plane) • USS Iowa (BB-61) (Battleship) • IJN Shimakaze (Destroyer) • IJN Type A mini-sub (Submarine) - Steam News For those of you with the Steam version of the game, the mission pack will be downloaded within your steam client. If you have a retail copy of the game, head over to the Eidos Interactive download page. Note: You'll have to have downloaded the 1.1 patch to be able to use the mission pack.
