CVG has news of a new SimCity on the horizon, with the next issue of their sister magazine - Games for Windows - containing an article on the next instalment of the beloved franchise.

While absolutely nothing is known about the game, it seems like US retailer Gamestop may have spilt the beans, as a product page is online at their website for a game called Sim City Societies. If the title proves to be correct, could this mean that there will be a larger focus on the little Sims that populate our virtual cities?

With the article to debut soon, the internet is sure to be abuzz with SimCity info in the coming weeks.
