2K Games has confirmed (via the The Cult of Rapture website) that the PC demo of BioShock will be released for download tomorrow evening around 7pm EST (USA time). For us Down Underinans, that's 5am tomorrow morning.

The company was also quick to point out that both ATI and Nvidia will be releasing a new set of videocard drivers and that you should install the latest driver to get the best performance out of the demo.

For those of you keen to get your hands on the demo, be prepared for quite a wait as it weighs in at a whopping 1.84GB - and with a large number of the PC community waiting to get their hands on it, there are bound to be some server queues. Keep your browsers pointed to your favourite download sites for more information.
