I can't imagine there are many people out there curious about Rainbow Six Siege, and that haven't already had a chance to play it, but if that's you this weekend is gonna be a treat, as the game will be free to play all platforms, including PC.
And on top of that, if you like what you've played and want to get one of the versions of the game on offer, your progress is carried over, and you get up to 50 per cent of your purchase.
It's a pretty good deal, but the timing of the free weekend is kind of awkward for Australian gamers, especially if they're PC gamers. The window the game is available on PC in this region is from 3AM on the 18th of May to 6AM on the 21st of May.
That's compared to Xbox One owners, who get the game on 5PM the day before, and who can then play it until 5PM on the 21st.
I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but that horse does seem to be giving me the stink eye.
